This is an empty, early 1900\'s perfume collectible holding 3 triangular-shaped bottles. It has wear on the round paper mache container; top of lid is worn off and lower part holding bottles has separated (please see all pictures). The bottles appear to be in good condition with legible paper labels on 2 of the 3 bottles. Perfumes are: Flowery Kingdom, Geisha Flowers and Japanese Lily (this one is missing part of the label). The bottles are stuck in the container and the stopper in the photo is the only one I could easily remove. All of the bottles and stoppers appear to be in good condition and I do not want to force them - so, I am selling as is. It makes a beautiful vintage perfume bottle display - I had it in my hutch with the lid off.
Vantine\'s Oriental Store was a well known gift store that specialized in imported wares \"from the Empires of Japan, China, India, China, Persia and the East\". It was founded in 1869 by AA Vantine in New York City, establishing one of the first stores to import Oriental goods. Vantine\'s supplied a touch of the exotic to Americans during the craze for all things Oriental.
