this is a one of a kind find - from what can see on the label it is made of Seallabel reads \"This garment is made of the Ebrated Salt & Seal plush is guaranteed to the wearer by the Salts Company F E Kip pres\" from research it appears to be from around 1890I am not sure if it is real seal or made to look like it ?? But a small worn area near the hem looks to me to be real fur skinthe edges look to be real leather with what looks like horse hair trim.it has a braid and black bead decoration - as you can see one area needs to be reattached .measures21\" long92\" around the hemlineit has a large very unusual hook n eye at the neckline
in as found stored and cared for well - not in perfect condition but remember this garment is over 115 years old.
