Up for sale is a vintage WWI era United States Navy roped sweetheart pillow case cover recently found at sale in the suburban Philadelphia PA area. Measures 16\". Nice embroidered words, eagle, anchors and shield. Peach is a bit faded but still quite nice. We have seen these framed in shadowboxes - but also look great with a pillow once again. Just a little steam should make it all set to go as the rope and silk material are holding up well. Bottom is open for pillow, a couple feathers inside from original feather pillow. First photo is closest to the peach, it is not orange.
