You are offerding on a Toy Slot Machine in working condition with a gold finish which seems to be a rare version of this toy. It stands 19\" tall - 10\" wide - 9 1/2\" deep. The extra 3\" comes from the flashing light on the top which retracts for storage or shipping. The other machines that I looked at, do not seem to have that great feature. The light and bell work when a jackpot is hit. The lower part of the slot machine has a clear see thru coin reserve. The machine weights 13 pounds and is great physical shape for its age as can be seen in the pictures above.
