Vasemeasures 7 1/4 inches high by about 6 inches across at widest partwith handles.

Some dark spots on inside, do not know if it will wash off. Also some darkening along the bottom edge where the vase rests on surface.

Do not detect any chips or cracks. Has a nice ring sound when tapped. Some surface crazing beginning just around the edge of the footed base.

I do not know the maker, maybe McCoy, Shawnee, Hull or other popular maker of the time.
