Vintage Dutch silver design bowl sugar spoon / scoop.
Raised relief design bowl spoon with rotating windmill blades handle is 5inches long, 1 7/8 inches wide.Pail is in very good condition, not worn, not bent, no dents.
There is a mark on the backof the handle but too small to read.

It has a windmill design in the bowl and a twisted effect as the handle. Very nice piece.Free shipping to the USA
