Santa made of celluloid, red suit and hat, black boots, cutewell made face. Tricycle is tin, in colorful litho red, yellow blue&white vivid design and color. When wound up (key attached) Santa goes round and round, while bell chimes and top to the rear whirls around. All functions work well, cute to watch.However over the years cycle lost handle bars, so arms just hang by his side. Collector into repairscould probably fashion a metal handlebar (we tried a large paper clip, about the right size/diameter but did not have tools to straighten it out and shape it well enough. Goes through steering column and into both hands which have holes for it. Even with out repairs is a cute and colorful little Santa toy with lots of movement, sound and color. Purchased in Japan in late 1950\'s when we lived there for my Grandfather, a collector. Been a favorite every Christmas, (hence the used condition) but now my grandkids are too old.Box is well worn, with rips.Torn and taped in many places.
