This is an early work of Harlan Coonsis, Signed: (H R Coonsis Zuni) Along with Sun God Circle is his early work when he collaborated with his first wife Rolanda. The exceptional intricate stone to stone inlay involved in his knifewings, Rainbowmen, Eagle and Ball are breathtaking. The silverwork, all signed on the back, are a heavy 190 grams/6.7 Ounces of solid silver. The Inlay is comprised of brilliant Turquoise, all natural, Coral, Jet, Lapis, deep yellow lip, and Tiger Eye stone. The Eagle is all carved throughout along with parts of the Knifewing God and Rainbowman. Magnificent Stone on Stone Inlay. One of his best and earliest pieces. The silver & inlay pieces are dimensions: 1 1/2\" Long x 1\" Wide. There are 12 inlay pieces making up the 39 1/2\" Long Belt. The Sterling Silver connectors & rings between each inlay, is extremely strong and unbendable as the Sterling Silver backed Inlay. A very substantial & heavy belt for it\'s size.
