Vintage~Agnes Brush~Piglet Plush~Toy~F.A.O. Schwarz~1950\'s~Good condition, considering the age and love it received. Item is from a smoke free home and has been packed away in a box in a climate controlled house. Piglet is soiled, missing its bead eyes, but seams are tight and intact. Piglet was given a colorful, knotted scarf. The scarf color varied depending on the color of his striped jumper, which was changed periodically. This Piglet is rare and and handmade by Mrs. Agnes Brush. This particular Piglet is soiled and has some staining and age spotting. The thread which held the eyes in place are still attached to Piglets face. He measures approx. 11.5 inches tall. Has a green and white striped torso body with light pink knotted bow around his neck.
Mrs. Brush passed away on June 12, 1982, but her memory lives on in each of the many characters she so beautifully brought to life and made each of her Winnie the Pooh and his friends with much love. Please view all photos for additional details Thank you!
