PAYMENTS ACCEPTED:
PayPal is the only method of payment for all of my sales.
NO PERSONAL CHECKS! A payment in the form of personal check will be returned to buyer.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Payment is due within THREE (3) days of the close of the sale. If payment is not received a non-payment request will be filed with and I hold the right to not sell the item to the buyer and may relist it at my discretion.
NON-payment of items will result in a Non-Paying buyer claim to be filed which can often result in your account being suspended. So please be sure to pay me.
RETURNS:
All items sold AS IS. Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not described correctly in the sale or misrepresented. Buyer has THREE (3) days to contact me to initiate the return process. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and if you wish to persue returning an item I will NOT pay for you to return it to me.
WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE AN INVOICE FROM ME:
I usually get my invoices out to buyers within 48 hours of the close of the sale or store item. It is almost always done through s invoicing system. I reserve the right to take up to 3 days to get invoices out. You do not need to write me for the total!
SHIPPING:
I usually ship within 24 - 48 hours of receiving payment.Though I do reserve the right to 3-5 BUSINESS days in the event of things happening that are out of my control.
All packages are usually shipped either First Class mail, Media Mail or Priority Mail through USPS.
COMBINED SHIPPING: DO NOT pay me until you receive an invoice from me. If you combine the shipping on your own, chances are you will still owe me extra and over-payments because you failed to wait for an invoice will not be refunded. I will combine shipping (Plus $1.00 Per Additional Item) on all orders per buyer on all purchase or sales ending on the same DATE! They must end on the same date. If you have multiple purchases or offers on items that end on separate dates, combined shipping will only apply per each date. Please do not ask for an with a value under $50 not including shipping charges will not be insured. Packages over $50 \"may\" be insured but it\'s not promised.
WHERE DO I SHIP:
Shipping to other countries other than the US will be on a case by case basis and the potential buyer MUST email me BEFORE offerding or purchasing an item. I will then decide if I am willing to ship to your country. If you purchase or offer without asking me first if I will ship to your country, I reserve the right NOT to sell the item(s) to you.
ERS WITH MULTIPLE ID\'S:
If a buyer purchases items from me under different ID\'s and requests combined shipping, I will not combine the shipping for them. As a seller, I am not aware that the buyer is the same person useing more than one ID and it\'s too confussing to try to go back and re-do invoices. So if you want to purchase items from me, be sure to use only ONE ID or else you will be invoiced under both ID\'s for whatever items you purchased under those ID\'s and expected to pay for them seperately.

My response policy always has been and always will be as follows:
I am very happy to leave Positive response to all buyers. But I do not leave response until I have received response from the buyer FIRST. The transaction is not completed until you have received your package and are satisfied with your purchase.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please email me first before thinking of leaving a negative response. Most every situation can be worked through with a little thought and consideration. I always work with anyone as long as it is a legtimate issue. If you do not take the time to read the sale and the terms, then I am NOT responsible for your unhappiness.
