Vintage cardboard coconut Christmas putz house, luffah tree. Good shape :

This is a lovely house with bright colors, thick coconut, very good original front door and mullion windows and a very healthy looking luffah tree.
There are no visible chips or cracks and everything is tight on a base that measures 7\" x 4\". The house is 5\" tall.
Here are the problems: On the back corner by the chimney, the fence post is missing, and unfortunately, someone cut a hole into the bottom of the base. You can see these two defects in the photos I\'ve included in the listing. These issues do not detract from the beauty of this lovely, cheerful house.
