Hi. .... A nice old vintage \"HEWING\" AXE - Broad axe head... ....about 6 inches long and x 4 1/2 inch cutting blade.......hammer end is about 1 x 2 inch...opening for handle is about 1 5/8 inch...........It has a slight offset to the head....blade is dull....weight is over 2 lbs......This is another barn find and I think it was hand forged and made in USA.....No hallmarks.....used and shows some wear here and there......Owned by the same family for years..........Thanks for stopping buy...
