This a 1941 ZENITH model 6S527 that I just reassembled. I refinished the cabinet and it is busting out with beautiful multicolored wood grains accented with two walnut wrap around inlays. I love how the dial face is framed and the rounded or shouldered corners as well. The veneer is tight and the body is solid. There is a small mark on the top rail of the speaker grill which shows some discolor from a small crack I repaired. Nothing major, just wanted you to know this. The dial face and the Zenith \"Z\" pointer are in excellent condition. The speaker is unmarked and offers strong tone/volume levels. There are 5 functional push buttons, and the three \"Z\" knobs, and the push button bezel have been cleaned, polished, and resealed. There is a new AC power cord, new dial lamps (2), new dial cover, and new filter/audio capacitors. The remaining components were checked and replaced if needed. The 6 tubes were tested on my tube tester and any that tested weak were replaced. There is a built in \"LOOP\" antenna which receives stations very nicely. Size: 15\" long x 8.5\" tall x 7.5\" deep.
