Up for sale is a very unusual vintage rabbit candy container with cart. The rabbit is a composition/paper mache type of material. It has a removable head and glass eyes. It is also a flocked material on the outside. The cart is wooden and has 2 large metal wheels in the back and a small metal one up front by the rabbit.(like an old riding toy might have had) Looks to be German, but not sure as I can\'t find a maker\'s mark on it. The name \"Walter\" is written on the bottom of the cart and faintly on the bottom of the rabbit. Cart is in very good condition. Rabbit has a few issues. The rabbit has a scuff on it\'s left hip. Right toe has a heavy scuff/chunk off the tip. Left front leg was broken and repaired poorly. The rear right leg was broken at one time as well. Someone who knows what they are doing could probably fix and make it look good. The belly has some flaking on the flocking. All in all a very unique piece. I have never seen one with the small wheel in the front. Measures approx. 10\" long rabbit and cart. Cart alone is 10\" long. Rabbit is approx. 5\" long and 5-1/2\" tall.Please ask ALL questions BEFORE offerding.
