HE WAS THE ORIGINAL OWNER. ONE SCUFF MARK CAN BE SEEN IN THE THIRD PICTURE EASILY BY THE SNAP AND A COUPLE OF WHAT MAY BE \"PEN\" MARKS (UNSURE) ON THE FRONT. PLEASE LOOK AT PICTURES CAREFULLY..
ON THE FRONT THERE IS A PICTURE OF MICKEY MOUSE, THEN IT STATES \"DISNEYLAND\" WITH THE DISNEY TRADEMARK JUST BELOW. NO TEARS. SNAP WORKS PERFECT.
