Vintage or older set of art deco bookends depicting ladies dancing. Made of a heavy metal with a dark finish. Each measure 5 1/8 tall by 4\" wide. I see no makers mark on either piece. Both are in good condition but one has a break in a weld . Please see picture of this detail. These had been in an attic for years and although I cleaned these with a soft brush and mild soap they still appear a little dirty. Each has surface scratches to finish. Overall a very nice old set .Another member informed me these are similar to \"Sadi\" by Max Le Verrier , which was originally designed as a car mascot hood ornament.
