Offered is this hand-carved wooden deer or elk head with glass eyes on a wood block base. The antlers have been painted and paint has been used to highlight portions of the head, as well, but much of the wood grain is still visible. The antlers are moveable (and removable) but could be glued in if desired. There is no signature so I don\'t know who carved it or when but it looks old enough to be vintage.The piece is approx. 14 1/2\" tall, including antlers and base. It is in very good condition except for the left antler, which has been repaired (see last 2 photos) and also has a small part of the top \"point\" broken off.Please take a moment to look at the other items in my store!
