Vintage Early 1940s World War II WWII Hitler Faced Skunk China Figure Japan\'s Rising SunIn GOOD VINTAGE CONDITION Given The Age. IT IS APPROX. 4 3/4\" INCHES IN HEIGHT & APPROX. 4 3/4\" INCHES IN LENGTH. IT HAS ONE SMALL SURFACE CHIP ON THE BACK OF THE FOOT (SEE PICTURE #5 - SOLD AS IS) IT HAS WEAR FROM AGE, USE AND STORAGE & OTHER NORMAL WEAR FROM AGE AND STORAGE (SEE PICTURES). Back of the tail has text in gold luster \"Japan\'s Rising Sun\" The same gold luster is large dot at bottom of skunk\'s tail representing \"sun\" on Japan\'s Flag. The figure was also done in plaster & cast iron in a slightly larger size but this china version is the scarcer of the three styles. No manufacturer mark.
