Vtg Ursula of Switzerland long sleeved cream dress. It has applique inserts at the neck and sleeve hems with beautiful front draping. The shoulders are padded and there is an elastic waist. The material is semi sheer and feels like a crepe. A small smudge on the shoulder as shown but could use a proper cleaning. Marked size 3/4 but please go by the measurements below.
