Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale an original vintage hanging Moe Lighting ceiling fixture that dates back to the 50s / 60s. It is constructed of brass, and has a large glass shade that is held in place by a carved wooden finial. The fixture takes three (3) standard sized light bulbs (not included). The upper brass portion of the fixture has small hole perforations which allows for light to shine through. The inside of the brass ceiling canopy still retains the original Moe Lighting / Underwriter Laboratories label (see photos).

Measurements: Approx. 5\" tall x 20\" in diameter. The carved wooden finial that is used to hold the shade in place measures approx. 2.5\" long.

Condition: Very good vintage condition - no chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, dents, dings, etc. It could benefit from a gentle cleaning and/or polishing, which we\'ll leave up to the winning buyer to handle. The underside of the ceiling canopy shows some rust, but it does not transfer through to the visible outer part which is seen from the ceiling. The electrical wiring appears to be original to the lamp, and it\'s in great shape - no frays, splits, exposed wires, etc. As with all vintage lighting, we strongly recommend having the wiring check by a licensed professional prior to long-term use. While we did not take a photo of it while it was still hanging, the fixture is in 100% working order, as can be expected. It\'s ready for a new home.
