Up for sale is a Wonderful Pair of Altec Lansing Model #886A Floor Stereo Speakers. These speakers were made in Anahein, California and have beautiful walnut veneer cabinets. They were meant to be mounted horizontally but can be used either way. They are 3-way Stereo Main speakers, 8 ohms and high frequency control with a tweed cloth grille and original Altec emblem on the front. They each measure 25-1/2 inches tall by 12 inches deep by 14-1/2 inches wide. Both are in very good working condition. Beautiful walnut veneer with a rich patina, a few tiny edge nicks, one of the speakers has some sealant on the back (see photo), and a tiny pucker of the grille cloth on the edge of one speaker .
