Here we have a cute and unusually shaped hat. Accented with a velvet band and large rose in pinks. Some of the strips are textured with what looks like braided horsehair. Union Made.

This hat is in excellent condition, excellent construction. The flower however has a lot of wear/holes.

Measures 21\" around the inside band.
