You are offerding on a true VINTAGE CHENILLE cotton piece probably from the 1950s era. This rectangle shaped CHENILLE has a 2.5\" fringe all the way around the rectangle. There is no backing to this, so honestly I am not sure if it is a rug or not. I honestly wouldn\'t want people to walk on such a beauty. I have washed and there is NO STAINS whatsoever! I personally am thinking that this piece might of had a matching bedspread or cover and this particular piece would either cover the pillow(s) on the bed or possibly lay over the end of the bed. That is what I would use it for....not let anyone walk on it. There is ONLY a flaw in the on corner of the pink/red color chenille....SEE LAST FEW CLOSEUP PICTURES. Returns will only be accepted if there has been an oversight by myself in the items description or measurements due to human error. All of the measurements are given and must be checked by the potential buyer and compared to something you currently own that fits you, if this is not done, this is NOT an acceptable reason for return and the return will NOT be accepted. Contact must be made by the buyer within (3) days of receipt of the item and must be mailed back by day (7) in the original condition and box from which it was received.
