This sale is for a vintage religious icon mounted onto a wood plaque. This piece depicts St George slaying the Dragon. In the background I believe is The Virgin Mary in front of the Castle. The writing at the top is Ar Rewprioc which to the best of my knowledge is Greek for St George. I am not sure if this piece is sterling or not. I could not find a marking. This piece measures 3 inches long and 2.5 inches wide. Made in Greece. Comes from a smoke free home. Please read the condition comments above and review all of the pictures.
