I am selling this adorable child\'s little girls puff sleevered and white polka dot cotton dress with matching red smocking and red/white cotton trim on the collar. This was made by my a Norwegian relative in the mid 1950\'s and the sewing is very well done. All French seams on shoulders and side seams. There is a large waist ribbon on each side to tie in a big bow at the back. The Ties were neatly mended or reattached at the side seam as they must have been coming loose.
Not sure of the size so please see my measurements: (My best estimate of size is 2-3???) I compared it to another little girl\'s dress that does have a size and looked on charts. I make no guarantee on size.
Smocking: 1.5\"
Back of neck to bottom hem: 19.25\"
Bottom of smocking to the bottom hem: 12.25\"
Armpit to armpit (chest size): 14\"
Absolutely Wonderful Vintage Condition. Some Polka Dots may be slightly lighter than others if you are looking for it. Beautifully sewn by Norwegian lady. French seams. Ties have been nicely re-stitched on the sides. It would benefit from some additional starching and pressing. Stored in a cedar chest.
