This is aVtg WWII WW2 German K98 Wood Handle Mauser Bayonet Knife w/ F. Herder Scabbard. It is in great cosmetic condition with wear from use and age. The blade measures 9 3/4\" long and the knife measures 15\" in total length, 16\" with the scabbard. The bayonet and scabbard do not have matching numbers. The knife is stamped with 2 hallmarks on the handle, S/174 on one side of the blade, 801 on the other, and 36 on the side. The scabbard is stamped F. Herder ASn on one side and 3073 on the other.
