This is a nice vintage Wallendorf Schaubach Kunst German porcelain figurine of a girl / woman that I believe is supposed to be imitating Marilyn Monroe. In pretty nice shape as the pics show with no nicks or chips but has some minor wear like that seen in the last few pics and it comes exactly as shown.
