The title is \"My War: A love Story in Letters and Drawings\" Please see the picture of the contents page for more detail. the author of this book in later life became a famous illustrator for major American magazines. This is his story of his WW II service. He began service on LST 491. Most of his time was in Europe. His ship was involved in the D-Day landings at Utah Beach. Afterwards they made many runs back and forth between Normandy and England. December, 1944 he is assigned to LST 357. This ship too sees service in Europe. There are 191 pages and many pictures.
