You are offerding onaSUPERB 1940\'s 1:500000 GermanFliegerkarte (Pilot Map) asused by both Fighter Pilots and Bomber crews for navigation. This map covers Central Europe and measuresaVERY NICE34\" x 36\" size!

Thismapallowed the pilot to properly calculate his flight path. It is made of heavy laminated paper. Measuring 34\" x 36\", it can easily fold down to 16 smaller 8\" x 9\"sections.

Made of heavy plasticized paper, this map is inEXCELLENT condition for its age, and covers Central Europe. It indicates various locations of lakes, seas, towns, villages, cities,and elevations. The specific map covers area 16, which includes Strasburg, Munchen, Bern, and Innisbruck. Also features longitude and latitude degree markings, as well as the Luftwaffe Pilot Grid markings. \"Fliegerausgabe\" (Pilot Version) is marked at the top. As it is in used condition, there are some marks, wear, and folds.A VERY RARE andFANTASTIC addition to anycollection, display, or simply as a conversation piece!
