This is a verytruly superb item, its a Royal Marines Presentation piece, which is a gravy/sauce boat which is silver plated or EPNS. The inscription on the front has the The Royal Marines badge, and reads From the Officers of the 22nd L A A Battery R.M 25th April 1945. Ive tried to research the details of this inscription but cant find out anything about it, but Im sure further in depth research will reward a wonderful history.
