This is a WW2 aviator\'s scarf which belonged to my Father, who was a Navy pilot in the Pacific during the War. It is slightly more than 43\" long, excluding the fringe, and 12\" wide. It is overall in very good condition, with a few small holes and a very faint stain at one end (you have to hold it just right under a strong light to see the stain). The fabric is not fragile.
