This one-of-a-kind World War II Navy airship hat is inscribed with numerous crew member names, as well as a list of the numerous NAS airship bases the crew was stationed at. No manufacturer is listed on the cap, but it has a 2-inch brim, and a thin strip of metal is sewn into the back half of the headband. There is also a variety of pins and badges attached, including a sterling and 10K gold Amico wing pin, and a large Vanguard anchor. The hat is well-worn and loaded with history, and still in sturdy shape.
