Fresh from an old military estate is this rare Flag pole ornament or finial dating to WW2 / WWII possibly earlier.I was told this is a very unique item and American war collectible that does not surface often. Was probably used back in the day during marches or important events.Original red paint and looks to be cast out of iron. Minor surface wear and paint loss but majority is in tact.Still has the original screw and would make a great addition to a war / military collection. Measures 4.8\" inches tall and 2.6\" inches wide. Weighs 9.2 oz or 260 g unboxed.Please enjoy all the photos provided.
