Eduard Wagner, 1967/1969, Spring Books, 491 pages, large format. Text on the history of swords and sword fighting, dueling, the sword in warfare, training, etc. A few photographs, many, many drawings of swords and sword hilts by country, color and black and white, extensive notes. One of the key books for a collector of swords and edged weapons. Book is solid, pretty tight, clean. The white cloth covers show discoloration along the top and bottom edges and the dustjacket has seen better days (much wear and cuts to the edges, tape repairs on its reverse-- I include it anyway.)
