This is \"William Abbe, 3rd Mate, At The Helm\", a character by William Petersen who crafted the Wee Forest Folk and Wee Sea Folk Miniature Figurines. This item was made in 1996. It measures appx 1.5\" tall x 1.75\" wide and it\'s in nice condition with no issues. This particular line, \"Wee Sea Folk The Crew of the Pea Pod\", are made to look like an old scrimshaw style with a look similar to aged bone carvings (but they are actually a hard cast material).
