From an old collection we’re pleased to offer this nice old Western whiskey 5th. Strong embossing reads: “LILIENTHAL & CO. / DISTILLERS” in a circular band across the face. There is a fancy crown, stars & a monogram with the initials “L&CO’\'” within a shield. Hand blown into a two part mold in a nice golden amber colored glass, circa 1880s. Lots of bubbles in this including a huge one right on the front giving it some nice character. This is a non cleaned/polished bottle with NO chips, cracks, nicks, scratches, wear or repairs. For accuracy I note what appears to be an open bubble on the back side of the top that didn’t form. This is one of the nicer looking Lilienthal’s that we’ve seen.
