Burgess & Leigh Burleigh Ware Toby Jug by
E.T. Bailey, modelled as Winston Churchill dressed as
John Bull astride a Bulldog with a green plinth inscribed
\"Bulldogs\", BullDog draped in the Union Jack,
multi-coloured,red, white, blue then a tank peeking out below
with a green airplane, handle is made out of tank track.
The
base impressed John Bull, Churchill 1940.
Plus has the store hallmark.
Amazing detail bought and sold as a collectable.
Paint is crisp and clear, coming from a local Vegas estate.
No chips cracks or crazing.On the bottom side of this Toby
Jug/Mug/Stein it is Hallmarked E.T.B.seal states Burleigh
