You are offerding on an authentic Harris & Ewing photo signed in 1913 by President Woodrow Wilson. President Wilson signed this photo around a month after his inauguration and is addressed to the high school in Curry, PA. Photo does contain damage from age but most notably from someone cutting part of the photo to most likely avoid a stain from spreading further. I have the photo framed in a "floating" style frame.
