This is a fighting knife from the estate of a WW2 Veteran, was in the Pacific and broght this back from the war. I think it is some type of Bolo fighting knife from the Philippines. I is heavy steel and measures 17\" total the blade is 12\". It is in as found condition, still very sharp with a dark brown patina. The front and back of the wood handle is brass.
