Prop JEDI LIGHTSABER -- another of my Star Wars inspired one-of-a-kind creations made from antique/vintage parts. Almost 15 inches long overall, this one is 99% composed of precision-quality chrome, steel,copper parts from various industrial machines & scientific instruments. Super-high degree of detail & realism from end-to-end!

This is a ONE-OF-A-KIND sculpture -- NOT a resin casting -- and can never be duplicated.

It\'s designed to look and feel convincingly like an authentic functioning weapon. By hobby I\'m a sculptor, and also an antiqueweapons collector/historian. I\'ve taken my lightsaber hilts to arms shows, and many collectors & experts remark on how realistic they seem.

Although it looks like it should do something,unfortunately it doesn\'t. Although this one has FIVE sliding and press buttons that do move. There\'s lots of detail all over, including the emitter assembly, which has metal and glass parts. A belt hook D-ring is on the side for attaching to a belt suspension, positioned for optimum balance/carriage.

This isa static prop; cool but without any effects. It can be displayed, or used as a costume accessory:the ultimate finishing touch to your Jedi Robes! As the interior cavity is occupied with all the connectors that hold the many unlikely components firmly together, effects can\'tbe added. I don\'t even try, since, in my opinion, the effects that are available out there are simply lame in comparison to what a \"real\" lightsaber is supposed to do.

LASTPHOTO shows examples of just some of the other saber hilts I have made. A few have already sold;I may decide to offer others in the future depending on whether there seems to be enough interest in my saber hilts that don\'t \"do\" anything.
