This very scarce Bond Coupon was issued by theCentral Third Reich Government in Berlinin 1938 or later. It was officially payable between 1943 and 1948 but was recognized as currency in the value of2 Marks, 25 Reichspfennig or more.

Measuring approx 1.75\" x 4\", it is a little smaller than the 1940-45 Reichskreditenkasse Scheine (Reich Credit Treasury Notes), but much much scarcer.

Beautifully engraved in green, plum and black or steel blue, black and orange, the coupon bears the signatures of 8 Treasury Officials. At the center is the raised seal of the 3rd Reich with an embossed Eagle and Swastika.

Crisp AUcondition. May have a very light wrinkle but NO hard folds or creases.Not one tear, hole, stain, pen mark or other problem! There may be a tiny split in the empty margin where coupon was cut from the original bond (please note that we have the bonds themselves, also with Swastikas, starting for as little as $19.95 alone or only $14.99 with purchase of this piece - please email!).
