The North Creek Cottage was a very limited run. It was only made from 1989 to 1992 when it was retired. It is a two-story yellow clapboard cape cod with a colonaded front porch. There is an attached single car garage with a deck above. The roof is a dark green. Approximate size 6.5\" tall X 10\" wide X 6.25\" deep. This building has no cracks or breaks, but does have some minor paint loss. Particularly, as pictured, on the left front corner of porch roof and 3 spots on rails of deck. Also on side window shutter & few tiny spots on the roof. Because exposed color is white, it looks like it could be snow!
This will be a wonderful addition to your display.
