Here is an authentic and fine looking ZUNI KACHINA from about 1960, a SIPIKNE WARRIOR IN EXCELLENT CONDITION - A WELL CARVED / PAINTED NATIVE AMERICAN COTTONWOOD KATSINA CARVING. A very collectible Hopi Katsina Doll, which is made from solid Cottonwood. This Kachina was made by an expert HOPI maker, and is is part of an estate collection of Kachinas from a Santa Barbara Estate.

This fine looking ZUNI Kachina has great overall workmanship, original paints, and expert overall carving. He is made from solid Cottonwood Tree Wood standing, at about 10 1/2\" tall, and \"5 1/2 wide at fists. He stands on his own with the Turquoise chip covered wood base. There is some very minor wear, such was minor paint loss and part of one of the Yucca Whips is missing (left hand), yet he is is Excellent Condition overall! No cracks or breaks. All accoutrements are original. No notable damage.This Kachina, as you can see from the pics, displays extremely well and is a handsome and collectible piece of Native America.

The body is carved from a single piece of the traditional Cottonwood - a large tree that grows in washes and canyons where water is more HERE IS A GREAT EXAMPLE OF A ZUNI KACHINA , carved and painted by a master ZUNI Kachina carver/maker -!!!

Excellent condition for age and a true Collector\'s item!!!!
