Fun figure of a seated teddy bear holding a toy (pumpkin rattle on a stick?). Designed in the distinctive style of artist Debbee Thibault. Bear has pin jointed arms that move. Signed in ink on the bottom \"©Debbee Thibault \'99 12/2500\".
Figure measures 4\" tall.
A Google search resulted in only one photo of a similar figure on a 2009 page of \"Earth Angels Studios\". The website called the figure rare and hard to find.Debbee Thibault is now retired. Her workshop is no longer in production.
