Circa 1880s Los Angeles, California Imperial (10\" x 8\") Cabinet Card Photograph; Great depiction of a large group of dapper gentlemen. They each wear a black suit and top hat. They all are wearing ribbons on their coat jackets and hold canes. Possibly they were part of a fraternal or political organization gathered for a parade or event. Notice the young boy in the center is wearing a plaid kilt. The brick structure at the back right has a broadside which advertises an Annual Fair in Los Angeles. Possibly this group was participating in the Fair. They are posed in front of a residence with a merchant\'s cart to the left. This image would benefit from further research. The photograph is by Butterfield of Temple Block, Los Angeles, California. Approximate mount size is 10\" x 8\".
