Condition: excellent - no shade
Kashmir in Northern India, had mastered the papier mache industry by the time the trade routes open and moved to the Western countries of France and England in the 16th and 17th Centuries. The demands for the Kashmiri Lacquered goods soon exceeded supply and workshops were set up in England and France.
