Maltsov was famous Russian trading and industry family, who had many different factories: glass, cast iron, steel, etc.
This is very unique and rare insulator in very good condition.
The emblem is not the most clear impression of all of similar insulators which I had. But nevertheless it is very good. And you can see 2-headed eagle and inscription.
