Lovely skirt in good condition for its age--probably from early 1900\'s. Not sure what type of material it is--in the solid color areas it seems like silk with a thin horizontal line texture to it. The floral \"daisy\" panel inserts also seem to have a silk like background. The \"daisies\" have a pretty metallic sheen when viewed closeup. There are several small dots of soiled areas in the front center panel. These spots are just slightly darker than the fabric itself, so not that noticeable from a distance.(see very last photo taken as close up as possible.). Photo numbers 9,10, 11 show some soiled areas in lower back portion of garment near hemline. Photo number 11 also shows a few inches of the trim that needs to be sewn back more securely. In general, the tan color of this garment makes the soiled areas less apparent. Love the little \"tassel balls\" on the at the hips! Done my best to describe condition. Questions welcomed.
