image of the older boats and barges could be from the 1920s or 1930\'s

no idea if that is the age of the piece

still a very nice and of high quality brush work and probably not an amateur

it is wood framed

size :21\" tall x 26\" wide 1\" THICKit had been hangingout of sunlight and dustin the same place for over 40 years
BUT i was told it was PURCHASED EARLIER THAN THAT

THE WOOD FRAME IS not of the same period

and was added later it has scuffs and nicks

not of the best quality

it would look great re-framed in a nice frame
but is it is FRAMED and its ready to hangand it does not detract from the painting
