This seems like it could be much older but it has serging on some of the seams. The neckline is also unfinished like it needs a button. This would best fit a slim pre teen or extremely petite or very tall young child.Shoulders are about 13 side to side as is bust, waist and hip. 30 inches long. It does not seem to have been worn but there is a smudge on the side as shown
